So, we went to the 2005 NC State Fair this past week - what fun! Here is a food vendor we happened upon:
Shark Kabobs and Gator Kabobs….YUM! I was with you for all the rest - even crabcake burgers, but Shark and Gator Kabobs??? But it gets better - from the state known for pulled pork BBQ and “Pig Pickins” comes Pig Butts on a Stick:
I didn’t actually see a pig butt on a stick….I was too afraid to see what they actually looked like. If anyone has Photoshop skillz, feel free to send in what you think they would look like (I imagine Porky Pig’s rump on a stick).
