I google everything

At the time I write this, there are only 150 hits (on Google of course) for the phrase “I Google Everything”. Hey Google! How about some bumper stickers and/or T-shirts that say this? If you do it, can I get one of each free for thinking of it? Email me for my mailing address.

What self-respecting geek doesn’t google everything? Three real examples from today: Want to find out what that icon is/does on your cell phone display? Google it. What’s the wattage of your microwave? Google it. How does a DOMParser handle CDATA? Google it.

    Yes I came up with this blog when a colleague accused me of googling everything – so I duly googled ‘google everything’ of course and came up with your brilliant quote – ‘What self-respecting geek doesn’t google everything?’ and pasted it into my reply to him.

    As i read the previous comments I laugh and giggle and nod in agreement. I

    wish I had this when I was in school. My husband started me on my

    addiction to google. My endless thirst for knowledge needed more

    information than even he could give. Google doesn’t sleep. So if I have a

    question that is not letting me sleep, I can still “get my fix”. Now that I can

    Google on my cell, I am totally covered! I can Google everything, anytime!!

    Lol!! So how come it is only now, at my age (48), that I begin to see what a

    real geek I truly am! Lol! I happily join the lot of you, Tribe of People Who

    Google Everything! Geeks Rule, Yay!^_^
