Man, there are some good shows on TV this season. Battlestar, Lost Galactica, Prison Break, and now Surface (and some more good potentials with Threshold and Invasion). I wans’t sure if any other shows could pull off what Lost had done, but it looks like there are some contenders. Surface had me intrigued and kept me watching – I’ll definitely be tuning in to see what happens. Anyone else love/hate it? I’m definitely into the serialized action/drama genre, can you tell?. And thanks to bittorrent, if I miss any episodes, I can still watch them in order.

It’s funny. Two years ago, all the TV I watched was 24 and The Screen Savers. Last year, the only shows I watched were Stargate (both of them), Battlestar Galactica, and 24. This year, my list has expanded from those 4 shows, to AOTS, and now Lost, Surface, Invasion, Law and Order, CSI (original and Miami), Mind of Mencia, Daily Show, and the list keeps growing. I don’t know if it means I’m spending more time at home, or if the networks are actually putting out better quality television.
I enjoyed Surface, but can’t figure out if I will like it in the future…maybe it just moved a little slow for me? How is Prison Break? I’ve yet to check that one out. I also had high hopes for Threshold. I was a huge X-Files fan, and if it’s remotely like it, I’ll be a fan for life.
RESPONSE: Yeah – seems like there is more good TV this year than any I can remember. I really like Prison Break. Threshold I have but haven’t watched yet. My wife is into all those crime shows (CSI, Law and Order, NCIS, etc.) but they don’t do it for me.
