Agreed.. .Wired Tree SUCKS ! Zac Cogswell is a jerk, The lady on the phone is an idiot, the sales guy James is a LIAR. Their support techs are either stupid and nice or brilliant but jerks. Jake can fix your server, but he is a condescending asshole.
IF that isn’t enough just look at the turn over in support techs, even if you find a tech you like, they won’t last long… probably a sucky place to work in addition to poor web hosting support.
All in all.. there are better options out there. KNownhost for example is pretty good… Truth be told.. I’d rather use GoDaddy than WiredTree.
