I’m getting ready to go to the All Candy Expo in Chicago. I leave Sunday and come back Wednesday night. It should be an AMAZING time. I’ll take lots of pics!

Less than a month ago I said that my candy site, Candy Addict, was #9 when you searched Google for the word candy. Today, I found out it’s now #2! Wow. I wrote more about this on Candy Addict.

How smart is Your Right Foot? ? Just try this. This will boggle your mind and you will keep trying over and over again to see if you can outsmart your foot, but you can’t. It’s preprogrammed in your brain!

1. WITHOUT anyone watching you (they will think you Are GOOFY……) and while sitting, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number “6” in the air with your right hand.

Your foot will change direction and there’s nothing you can do about it! You and I both know how stupid it is, but before the day is done you are going to try it again, if you’ve not already done so.

I freakin love Hell’s Kitchen. I guess it’s my restaurant experience with Golden Corral and Outback Steakhouse that makes that show unbelievably entertaining. I worked on both side – out front as a waiter, bartender, and FOH manager and I did all positions in the back (meatcutter, line, dish, grill, saute, salad, fry, etc. etc.). Good times, but I don’t miss it a bit.

My Suzuki Sidekick died last week. Blown engine. $3000 to replace. We decided to just get a new car for me instead. Better gas mileage, safer, etc. So, I am now the proud owner of a brand new Scion xA! It’s freakin’ sweet! It’s Indigo Ink Pearl, has the ipod integration, and gets 31/37 MPG. Here’s a quick pic of it:

This is the first car that I will drive regularly that has power locks and windows! I’ll be posting more about it in the future I’m sure. I plan on pimping it out a little and taking pics of the pimping process :)
